Scottish Charity Awards

Congratulations to Inverness FoodStuff – a charity operating from Ness Bank Church – it has been shortlisted for the Scottish Charity Awards.

Inverness Foodstuff (SCIO) is the church and community charity that runs from Ness Bank Church providing a drop in centre 2 days a week for the homeless and vulnerable – IF has been shortlisted as a finalist in the in the Celebrating Communities category for the Scottish Charity awards 2018 – the Awards ceremony is on 14 June in Edinburgh when the winners will be announced but today SCVO has also launched The People’s Choice Award, which gives the general public the opportunity to vote for their favourite finalist! The following link takes you to the voting page on the SCVO website. https://goodhq.org/scottish_charity_awards_2018/Inverness_Foodstuff. Better still if you could tell your family and friends an, or if you belong to a Club, Group or organisation especially if you have a Facebook and/or Twitter following that would be a tremendous help. There is no finance involved but it would be a tremendous tribute to our 84 volunteers to be recognised throughout Scotland for the great work we are doing in Inverness
